Women-to-Women Ministry Training (WWMT)

Summary:  Supports the Women-to-Women Ministry Training (WWMT) director by promoting strong communication, offering creative solutions for overall ministry effectiveness and providing administrative support.

Reports to: WWMT director, working in conjunction with the WWMT leadership team.

Commitment: Part-time

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Compensation: Develop financial partners for personal salary and ministry expenses


  • Handle administrative tasks for the overall WWMT ministry.
  • Obtain statistics or reports for WWMT leadership team.
  • Coordinate WWMT schedule with the Entrust calendar.
  • Train new lead facilitators to set up their hubs using the database.
  • Trouble-shoot database problems with WWMT database developer.
  • Work with database developer to adjust the database to accommodate current needs.
  • Generate a variety of reports through SQL and current filter field.
  • Assist with curriculum distribution.
  • Serve as registrar for WWMT training modules.
  • Send thank you notes and other correspondence.
  • Coordinate monthly WWMT prayer meetings. Take notes during meetings.
  • Provide statistics and stories to CEO and donor relations team when requested.
  • Keep accurate and updated electronic files on WWMT activities, hubs, mentors, recruitment and curriculum progress.
  • Take all four core WWMT modules (over time), gain facilitator certification and attend All-Staff Conference (ASC).
  • Attend hub trainings, ideally both stateside and internationally.


  • Number of certified WWMT facilitators will increase.
  • All deadlines will be met in a timely fashion.
  • Needed information will be readily available to WWMT leadership team.
  • Excellent relationships will be maintained with ministry and financial partners.


Professional Qualifications

  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, detail-oriented.
  • Succinct clear writing and gracious, professional phone skills.
  • Professional typing skills.
  • Graphic design ability and experience.
  • Creativity and initiative in performing responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, experience with Microsoft Excel, and ability to learn other software as necessary.

Personal Qualities Desired

  • Self-motivated/self-starter.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Good team worker.
  • Discernment in areas of confidentiality and appropriate communications.
  • Ability to contribute toward a cheerful atmosphere in work area.
