Transformation leading to Multiplication
Encouraging, Equipping and Empowering Global Ministry Leaders
The core curriculum provides the basis for personal study and reflection along with group discussions in a series of relational and interactive training modules designed to equip women for a lifestyle of ministry. The modules, taken over a period of time, allow for personal transformation, development of skills, and growth in confidence and vision. Other modules may be added in response to specific needs in a given training situation.

Facilitating Relational Learning (FRL) This module explores the unique needs of the adult learner and how facilitating discussions in a relational context can be a powerful way to not only introduce content, but stimulate growth that leads to mature disciples of Jesus Christ. Each participant facilitates multiple discussions for hands-on experience and receives meaningful evaluation from their peers.
Walking with Christ (practice text used in FRL)Encourages students in their Christian life by presenting truths that are transforming. Students learn what it means to depend upon Jesus Christ in daily life.
Developing a Discerning Heart (DDH)Teaches the ability to more effectively help others trust and experience God while navigating life’s challenges.
Discovery Bible Study (DBS)This module covers how to effectively study the Bible to enrich devotional times, lead small group discussions and prepare lessons and messages. Participants work systematically through a process of observation, interpretation and application of Biblical passages in order to understand the original author’s intent and accurately apply the word of God. Participants will prepare and implement a small group Bible study and a short message based on a passage as well as receive feedback for growth in that process.
Women Serving Women (WSW)This module puts together the essential components for developing a leader, including an emphasis on building a team. It builds a biblical framework for women-to-women ministry, identifying needs, resources, challenges and opportunities in creating and sustaining meaningful service to other women. Spiritual gifts, temperaments and effective spiritual mentoring are explored in the context of building a cohesive ministry to women.
