FACILITATING RELATIONAL LEARNING
Equipping women to lead transformational small groups
MODULE 1
FACILITATING RELATIONAL LEARNING
This module explores the art and science of facilitating small group discussions that engage all the participants. Built on the best practices in adult education, this model allows participants to share their God-given gifts and experiences as they explore the material. Open-ended questions deepen the participant’s understanding of the course content and lead to transformational learning. Participants receive coaching and time to practice leading small group discussions based on learning goals.
PASTOR ROD HAIRSTON
Facilitating small groups is a core competency in ministry. I assumed that this skill came naturally. That assumption was false.
DR. ELESINAH CHAUKE
The question-based method of learning is empowering ... it changes learners from passive recipients to active co-content creators and knowledge producers.
