JOIN ENTRUST

Entrust multiplies church leaders through accessible, locally owned, reproducible training systems.

With Christ as our head, Entrust is made up of a talented team with a passion for spiritual multiplication. Entrust's unique approach to teamwork provides our staff members the freedom to invest their talents and visions in diverse, global contexts.

We're looking for creative, Christ-minded individuals to implement Entrust methods in new and current regions. If you're looking to train Christian leaders in your country or elsewhere, keep reading.

"WHAT DOES JOINING ENTRUST LOOK LIKE FOR ME?"

You're passionate about three things: Christ-centered discipleship, multiplication of leaders and using relational learning methods to transform the lives of others.

You also believe that discipleship is not a one-size-fits-all activity. Different approaches need to be applied to different cultures, demographics and contexts.

The question now becomes, "How do I put this into practice?"

Because Entrust values contextualization, we offer many ways to join our team.

Partners & Projects

Entrust has staff based in more than 15 countries.

The intent is multiplying leaders in their own contexts.

Entrust provides resources, pastoral care and strategic vision.

Entrust's home office is located in Colorado Springs, CO. Our home office staff provide administrative support to our field staff. Entrust departments include Executive Leadership, Communications (including some remote options), Human Resources, Donor Relations and Finance.

Entrust partners with other organizations that share the same vision for training leaders. These partnerships are creative collaborations - there's no single model for partnership training.

Some of these partnerships and projects include Entrust staff serving at existing overseas seminaries, an official agreement with a denominational union in Europe to equip all its women leaders, a grassroots non-formal training process in sub-Saharan Africa and cooperative curriculum development for multiple seminaries in an Asian nation.

We value our partnerships, acknowledging existing training systems and local expertise. We come alongside as equals when asked, learning together where additions or improvements might be needed.

Partnerships are best discussed one-on-one. Find out more about our current partners.
