AVAILABILITY: 

Materials are only available to those who are registered and have paid for an authorized training or who have purchase-authorization based on successful completion of prior training. For other studies, a group roster needs to be submitted prior to any orders being placed. Do not order materials until your module has been confirmed or a study roster has been submitted. We do not give refunds.

For delivery outside the U.S., please order digital copies. Orders will be processed within 5 business days.
