Our STEP internship program can now be experienced online! Through our 8-week online program, you'll acquire valuable tools for leadership training by communicating with experienced ministry workers from around the world.
Choose between our two available courses:
STEP 101: a 5-hour per week commitment where you will learn core principles of leadership training, see ministry in action worldwide, and reflect on your calling.
Or, our more-involved STEP 201: at 8-hours per week, you'll have all of what STEP 101 offers, plus some additional course material, personal interaction with seasoned workers, and global prayer times.

STEP 101
5 hours per week for 8 weeks
Course price: $175*
Includes
• Virtual ministry trip – weekly sessions with Entrust global staff members
• Guided reading and personal reflection on calling and mission
• Guided small group discussions with cohort peers on calling and mission
STEP 201
8 hours per week for 8 weeks
Course price: $300*
Includes 101 content PLUS
• Individual weekly mentoring conversation with Entrust staff member
• Weekly peer global prayer cohorts
